The Pleasure vessel

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗩𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗟

Why you “lose your shit” — and how to stop it before it starts.

You’re like a sealed vessel. Inside, you carry everything — stress, emotions, pressure, tension, thoughts, memories, worries, and hopes.

Each day, water pours in. Some of it’s from little things — bad sleep, rushing around, arguments, skipped meals. Some comes from bigger things — burnout, grief, overwhelm, and feeling unsupported.

As the water level rises, so does the pressure.

And when it gets too high?

You vent. You snap. You shut down. You feel anxious or low. You overreact. You zone out. You say or do things that don’t feel like you.

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲:

It’s not just a pressure vessel — it’s your Pleasure Vessel.

It holds everything you feel. If you want space for peace, fun, and connection — you have to release the build-up regularly.
